EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN

PPE REQUIRED
​PRE-START CHECKS
  1. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as listed above
  2. Ensure all personnel are trained and competent to perform the task at hand
  3. Ensure personnel are fit for duty
​SAFE WORK PROCEDURE - SERVICE​
  1. Empty septic holding tank
    1. String out appropriate length of vac hose
    2. Connect hose to the trucks tank
    3. Connect the opposite end of the hose to the holding tank
    4. Turn on vac pump
    5. Open valve on sewer tank, if equipped
    6. Run vac until tank is empty
    7. Close valve on sewer tank, if equipped
    8. Roll up and stow away sewer hose
  2. Fill with potable water 
    1. String out appropriate length of water hose
    2. Attach water hose to “water fill”
    3. Open valve on water tank, if equipped
    4. Turn on water until full
    5. Close valve on water tank, if equipped
    6. Roll up and stow away water hose
  3. Clean the Interior
    • Using a spray bottle with diluted cleaner, spray the sink area and wipe down with paper towel. Repeat
    • Using a spray bottle with diluted cleaner, spray the toilet and wipe down with paper towel. Repeat
    • Add toilet bowl cleaner inside the toilet bowl.
    • Use toilet brush to clean the inside of the bowl
    • Using a spray bottle with diluted cleaner, spray the urinal and wipe down with paper towel. Repeat
    • Polish the mirror
    • Using a spray bottle with diluted cleaner, spray and wipe all other surface until clean.
    • Fill mop bucket with water and 2 caps of concentrated cleaner. Mop floor
  4. Restock supplies
    1. Replace air fresheners
    2. Fill soap dispenser
    3. Fill hand sanitizer – if applicable
    4. Fill paper towel – if applicable
    5. Add a clean urinal puck – if applicable
    6. Replace / refill toilet paper
POST-JOB PROCEDURE​​
  1. Document the completed job
  2. Record any issues if necessary.
  3. If there are damages, fill out the proper documentation
    1. Select the documents time in Samsara
    2. Create new document
    3. Select “Equipment Damage Report”
  4. Complete a final walk around before leaving site.
