SiteDocs will be replacing most paper forms and other online forms we use here at Country Pump Out. It is a user friendly app which can be accessed through company tablets, your phone and a computer. 

Message Domini through BigRoad to get your personal log in information.

We will cover this in next weeks safety meetings but you are welcome to start using it right away.

Benefits: 

• Easy to fill out forms
• Signature is visible
• Date, time and location stamped
• Ability to duplicate a form (eg. for a post trip)
• All your forms are saved into your account

To complete a trip inspection:

1. Log into the app
   
2. Select your location (this is important!)
   Country Pump Out (Grande Prairie)
   Country Pump Out (Grande Cache)
   CPO Services (applies to Units 501 and 116 ONLY)
   
3. Select “forms”
4. Select Daily Vehicle Inspection Report
5. New
6. Fill in all required fields
7. If a defect is noted, add a comment & picture
8. DON’T flag for follow-up
9. Sign and save.

That’s it! It will always be available on your app to review. The shop will receive a copy as well.

When doing your post trip,

1. select “Duplicate” and all the pretrip information will populate.
2. Update hrs/kms and anything else needed
3. Sign & save

All other forms are just as easy! Feel free to start making the switch before it becomes mandatory
