​Access to the site will be restricted until the following documents are provided to Heartland Generation.

Instructions:
Complete the items below in the order listed. Use the links provided GREEN TEXT

1. Worker Training and Qualifications
IMPORTANT: Upon completion of this form, a confirmation email from Microsoft 365 Administrator will be sent to the email address you provide on the form. You must reply to this email to submit your required training certificates as verification of your qualifications.

2. Watch the Poplar Hill Site Orientation video and complete the Site Orientation Quiz

3. Watch the Safe Work Permit Level 1 video and complete the SWP Level 1 Quiz
NOTE: complete the SWP video and quiz only if work will require working under a Work Permit.

Please note:

• A passing mark of 80% is required on the quizzes. You may retake the quiz as required.

Heartland expects that workers will not come to work if they are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms or are unwell. Workers who arrive at work and are not well, may be asked to leave.

Mandatory Personal Protective Equipment

• CSA-certified Hardhat
• CSA-certified Safety Footwear
• Hearing Protection
• Safety Glasses
• Gloves
• Traction Aids (when walking/working outside)
• Fire Retardant Coveralls (FRC) (job/area specific)
• 100% cotton or natural fibre clothing in areas where FRC is not required
• Use of medical face masks or coverings are optional.
