PPE REQUIRED
PRE-START CHECKS
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as listed above
- Ensure all personnel are trained and competent to perform the task at hand
- Ensure personnel are fit for duty
PRE-JOB PROCEDURE (BEFORE DELIVERING TO SITE)
- Ensure the wash car has been detailed
- Stock supplies
- Replace air fresheners
- Fill soap dispenser
- Fill hand sanitizer – if applicable
- Fill paper towel – if applicable
- Add a clean urinal puck – if applicable
- Replace / refill toilet paper
- Contract 3rd party company to pick up and deliver to site
MOBILIZE (UPON DELIVERY) - SAFE WORK PROCEDURE
- Ensure furnace exhaust has been installed back on the roof.
- Connect to power supply
- Turn on lights and Furnace
- Fill with potable water
- String out appropriate length of water hose
- Attach water hose to “water fill”
- Open valve on water tank, if equipped
- Turn on water until full
- Close valve on water tank, if equipped
- Ensure the suck back on hose is empty
- Roll up and stow away water hose
- Test pump
- Plug the pump in
- Inspect valves and drains, ensuring they are in the proper position
- Turn pump on
- Open taps to test for good water flow
- Turn on hot water tank
- Put the disconnect switch for the hot water tank in the “ON” position
- Allow HWT to warm up
- Close the mechanical room door
- Move onto step 7 while the hot water tank warms up
- Tidy up interior
- Open the hot water tap to test for hot water.
DE-MOBILIZE (BEFORE LEAVING SITE) - SAFE WORK PROCEDURE
- Disconnect power to the hot water tank by putting the disconnect switch in the “OFF” position
- Drain potable water by opening valve
- Flush and drain all the toilets
- Winter – winterize the water system
- Empty septic holding tank
- String out appropriate length of vac hose
- Connect hose to the trucks tank
- Connect the opposite end of the hose to the holding tank
- Turn on vac pump
- Open valve on sewer tank, if equipped
- Hook truck – elevate the front of the wash car about 1 foot
- Run vac until tank is empty
- Close valve on sewer tank, if equipped
- Roll up and stow away sewer hose
- Secure garbage’s, paper towels, etc
- Remove furnace exhaust vent and secure safely inside unit
- If there are damages, fill out the proper documentation
- Select the documents time in Samsara
- Create new document
- Select “Equipment Damage Report”
- Take pictures, make sure they show where the unit is located as well
- Contract 3rd party company to pick up and deliver back to home base
POST-JOB PROCEDURE (BACK AT HOME BASE)
- Repair any damages
- Fully detail the wash car
- Stock supplies
- Replace air fresheners
- Fill soap dispenser
- Fill hand sanitizer – if applicable
- Fill paper towel – if applicable
- Add a clean urinal puck – if applicable
- Replace / refill toilet paper
